As Yealands Wine Group’s new CEO Tiffani brings extensive senior executive experience specialising in commercial strategy, marketing, and visionary leadership. Having spent the past two decades working across global markets, Tiffani has a history of transforming business performance through customer and consumer centricity and the promotion of a high-performance culture.

Tiffani’s passion for the industry began at Montana Wines in the mid-1990s. She went on to work for Lion Nathan throughout the early 2000’s, leaving in 2006 to move with her family to live and work in Shanghai, China. Returning to NZ, in 2009 she joined Pernod Ricard Winemakers and held several senior executive roles within the company before leaving to take up the CEO position with YWG in October 2019.

Tiffani is married with a daughter studying at Auckland University and two school-aged children.

Mike has been involved in the New Zealand and Marlborough wine industry since 1989 and has held senior management positions within Montana Wines, Allied Domecq Wines (NZ and USA), Beam Wine Estates (USA) and Pernod Ricard Winemakers (NZ and China).

Mike joined Yealands in April 2019 after a 4 year stint in north western China where he was involved in developing vineyards, winery and supply chain management for Helan Mountain Wines, Ningxia, as well as providing viticulture and winery technical support for Pernod Ricard’s Indiosa wine brand in India.

Mike and his wife are very pleased to be based back in Marlborough, close to friends and family.

Dean joined the Yealands Wine Group team in 2012. A graduate of Lincoln University with a Degree in Accounting and a qualification in Chartered Accounting, Dean spent several years with the iconic merino clothing company Icebreaker during its infancy and heady growth phase, as well as with apparel and textile manufacturer Lane Walker Rudkin.

Gaining experience within a number of New Zealand locations and also in the United States, Dean then worked successfully with Wool Partners International as it established a grower-owned industry co-operative.

With an extensive career spanning over 25 years in the wine and spirit industry, Mike has held senior sales and marketing roles with premium international brands such as Champagne Mumm, Perrier Jouet, Lindauer and Deutz Marlborough Cuvée.

A pivotal member of the team, Mike has been central to the Yealands Wine Group since the very beginning and overseen its exceptional global growth.
